Expert Witness Vetting
SPG Investigators perform in-depth probes into an opposing counsel’s proposed expert witness. We attempt to identify issues in the witness’ personal and professional life that may be potentially disqualifying and could discredit or have a negative reflection. If present, we can uncover exaggerations in an expert’s curriculum vitae, material omissions representations, inconsistency or discrepancies of the expert’s resume or bio, or business or professional ties that could constitute a conflict of interest in his/her’s expressed opinion.
This service is offered to vet our client’s own expert witness, to mitigate the risk of embarrassing or potentially catastrophic surprises at trial.
